Your data stays under your control

Hosted in Canada

Each instance runs in Microsoft Azure, Canada Central region.

One instance per client

Your connector is an isolated deployment in its own resource group. It rejects any organization or company other than yours.

You keep your secrets

Access tokens are kept in your instance's vault. You enter your secrets yourself: ProsperIA never receives them, by email or by phone.

Role-based access

Each person signs in with your organization's account (Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace). Tools are filtered by role: read, write or admin.

Every call logged

The instance log records who called which tool and with what result, with sensitive parameters redacted.

Quebec Law 25

Hosting in Canada, named access, a call log and confirmed writes: support for your obligations under Quebec's Law 25.

Two-step writes

Every write goes through a preview, then your confirmation. Claude never creates, changes or sends anything without your explicit approval. Writing is enabled only for the roles you choose.

    You subscribe online

    Payment happens on Stripe's secure page. You receive the receipt and invoice by email.

    We prepare your instance

    We review your request, then deploy your dedicated instance in Canada. We email you as soon as it is ready.

    You link your account

    An administrator in your organization connects QuickBooks or the Google mailbox, and enters the secrets personally.

    You add it to Claude

    Each person signs in with your organization's account and finds the connector in Claude.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can Claude change my books without my knowledge?
No. By default, the connector only reads. Writing is enabled at your request, for the roles you choose, and every creation or change goes through a preview, then your confirmation. It is refused in a closed period.
Does the connector send documents to my customers?
Only estimates, and only if writing is enabled. The preview shows the estimate and the exact recipient; QuickBooks sends what you confirmed, nothing else.
Can I link several QuickBooks companies?
Each instance is linked to a single company and rejects all others. For several companies, contact us and we will work out the right setup together.
Who links QuickBooks to the connector?
An administrator in your organization, from your instance's admin page, using a dedicated QuickBooks user. The token is kept in your instance's vault and renewed automatically.
How much does a connector cost?
$100 per month, plus taxes (GST and QST), per connector. Pricing is per organization: everyone you assign a role to can use it.
Do I need a Claude subscription?
Yes. The connector adds to Claude; it does not replace it. Your Claude subscription stays with Anthropic, and ProsperIA bills the connector separately.
Does my data leave Canada?
The connector and your access tokens are hosted in Canada. The responses Claude receives to answer you are processed by Anthropic, under the terms of your Claude subscription.
What happens after payment?
We receive your request, review it and deploy your dedicated instance. We then email you the steps to link your account and add the connector to Claude.
Can you build a connector for other software?
Yes. We build custom MCP connectors to connect Claude to software our off-the-shelf connectors do not cover, or to follow your business rules and security requirements. Each project starts with a meeting, then a discussion of your needs and an assessment, before any proposal. That is why there is no listed price.
